Here at The Dog House, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent service to all of our clients. Putting your dogs needs first, we know that choosing a groomer for your dog is not easy, but at our salon, you can even stay with your dog if you want to.
Pets Wellbeing
All our staff members are dog owners and truly love animals; that is why they have chosen this career. Your pet's wellbeing is our priority first and foremost; we only accept limited numbers of dogs per day; this allows us to spend time with your dog. Your dog will not be put in a cage all day. We try and keep your dogs time here short and sweet as we know they want to get back to their owners.

- All Our shops will be cashless, only accepting card payments or contactless
- All staff will be wearing PPE
- All customers dropping off must wear a face mask
- We will ring you 15 mins before your appointment to discuss your grooming needs.
- On drop off, we will meet you outside and take your dog from you outside
- On collection we will bring your dog to you outside we’re we can bring the card machine to take your payment
- Our phone line is always open to discuss and issues thanks for your continued support

I have just experienced the most amazing service. My dog has dementia, and I was planning on cancelling the appointment as she is very poorly at the moment and can get quite distressed.
However, the owner insisted I still take her and that they would look after her even if they had to sit and cuddle her until I returned (this is the week before Christmas when they are mad busy). True to their word, when I turned up, one of the girls were sat cuddling my dog.
I was so touched. She's come home and is actually really calm and relaxed.
